To reserve your session send us an email indicating the service you're requesting. Include your address and preferred weekday(s) and time. We need a minimum of six people to run yoga, meditation and strength training classes and a minimum of four people to offer on-site, one-on-one nutrition consultations. Lunch and learn events are offered on a flat-rate basis (no minimum or maximum participants required). 


What is needed from you? For yoga and strength training classes you will need to reserve a meeting room with movable chairs and desks and for meditation classes any meeting room works. For private nutrition consultations a small office or kitchenette works well. Lunch and learn engagements details are dependent on your event. We will provide you with a personalized promotional invitation poster that indicates the details of the classes offered at your location.
